This recipe is a version of my famous Nat Not So Sweet Granola.  If you’re keto or avoiding grain, this pantry staple can be added to Greek yogurt or eaten as a snack.

  • 1 cup each:
    • raw almonds or almond slivers
    •  raw pumpkin seeds, (pepitas)
    • Pecans
    •  raw walnuts
    • unsweetened coconut, desiccated, shredded or flakes
    • hemp hearts (or hemp seeds)
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon  cinnamon pinch of sea salt
  • 1/3  cup melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup sea moss gel
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  1. Heat oven to 350 F
  2. Melt coconut oil
  3. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine melted coconut oil, sea moss, vanilla.
  5. Mix dry  & wet ingredients
  6. Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet
  7. Bake for 30  minutes, stirring every 10 minutes
  8. Remove from oven, let cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 30 days.
