est n\u00e9 d'une graine plant\u00e9e par ma m\u00e8re, Mme Virgie, une Grenadienne dont la vie d\u00e9bordait de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, de g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 et de c\u0153ur. Son dicton favori, \"Faites le bien\", n'\u00e9tait pas qu'un simple conseil, c'\u00e9tait une fa\u00e7on d'\u00eatre. Elle m'a appris \u00e0 tirer parti de ce que nous avions, \u00e0 nourrir avec soin et \u00e0 vivre dans l'abondance, quelles que soient les circonstances.\u00a0<\/p><p>Bien que je n'aie pas \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9e par la cuisine dans mon enfance, les choses ont chang\u00e9 lorsque je suis devenue m\u00e8re, d'abord de mes deux filles, puis des nombreux \u00e9tudiants \u00e9trangers que j'ai accueillis au fil des ans, et que j'appelle toujours affectueusement mes filles.
