Natasha Rubin-Coupland

Founder of The Vine Living

The Vine Living began as a seed planted by my mother, Ms. Virgie—a Grenadian woman whose life overflowed with creativity, generosity, and heart. Her favourite saying, “Do good,” wasn’t just advice—it was a way of being. From her I learned how to stretch what we had, nourish with care, and live abundantly, no matter the circumstances.

Though I wasn’t drawn to the kitchen growing up, that changed when I became a mother—first to my two daughters, and then to the many international students I hosted over the years, each of whom I still lovingly call my daughters. That’s when the seeds my mother planted began to bloom.

While balancing a full-time banking career, I started sharing tips for joyful, conscious living through my social media as frugalistamom, which blossomed into Nat’s Kitchen— a brand that shared homemade small batch speciality items such as granola, baked goods, jams and pepper sauce, eventually leading to an Etsy store offering sea moss gel, dried sea moss, and spices inspired by my Caribbean roots.

But there was more I felt called to express.

The Vine Living is the natural evolution of that journey—a lifestyle brand that fully embodies who I am and how I choose to live. Rooted in care, culture, simplicity, and sustainability, it brings together everything I’ve learned about wellness, nourishment, and living with purpose. It’s how I now show up fully, from the inside out—to serve in my purpose.
