  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein (optional)
  • 2 tbsp sea moss gel (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp each cinnamon, nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  1. Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl ( almond milk, sea moss gel, vanilla extract).
  2. Add dry ingredients ( oats, vanilla protein, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt).
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour into small mason jars.
  5. Refrigerate and enjoy each morning.

Tips

  • I like using plant based protein such as Arbonne Protein.
  • If you prefer a sweeter oatmeal add a small amount of maple syrup or chopped dates. The protein gives this oats a sweet flavour so you won’t need added sugar.
  • In the morning before using, top with fresh or previously frozen organic berries; coconut flakes or apples or banana. Be creative!
Sea moss gel contains a small amount of plant-based protein, which supports muscle repair and contributes to overall cellular health.
