About The Vine Living

The Vine Living is an invitation to cultivate a life of nourishment, balance, and resourcefulness. It’s about honouring heritage while embracing new perspectives, finding simplicity in the everyday, and making choices that reflect care and intention.

A vine thrives when deeply rooted, drawing from the richness of its environment to grow, expand, and flourish. In the same way, we believe in staying connected to what nourishes us while embracing change and growth. Whether through the foods we prepare, the homes we create, or the habits we cultivate, every choice has the potential to bring greater well-being, simplicity, and abundance into our lives.

At The Vine Living, we encourage thoughtful living – where traditions guide us, resourcefulness strengthens us, and every action is taken with awareness and care.

Root yourself in wisdom. Nourish yourself with nature. Flourish in simplicity.

Guiding Principles

At The Vine Living, we believe in cultivating a life of nourishment, balance, and resourcefulness – one that honours heritage while embracing new perspectives. Just as a vine flourishes when rooted in fertile soil, we thrive when we make intentional choices that support well-being, create stability, and foster a deep connection to what truly matters.

Nourishment & Well-Being

Well-being begins with what we bring into our bodies and our lives—the foods we prepare, the traditions we honour, and the rhythms we embrace. Nourishment is about intention, whether it’s through the rich flavors of Caribbean fusion cuisine, the simplicity of clean ingredients, or the rituals that bring us together around the table. We celebrate both the wisdom of ancestral knowledge and the practicality of modern simplicity, finding ways to eat well, reduce waste, and make mindful choices that support long-term well-being.

Nourishment is an act of love, a connection to culture, and a way to sustain both body and spirit.

The Vine Living – Simple Living

Simple & Intentional Living

A home is more than a place—it is a reflection of how we care for ourselves and those around us. Living intentionally means creating a space of ease and beauty, where everything has purpose, and where traditions and modern influences blend effortlessly. From the warmth of a well-tended home to the quiet joy of growing fresh ingredients in a garden, simplicity is about choosing what enriches us. It’s about finding balance between cherished traditions and new ways of living, creating a home and lifestyle that feels both grounding and inspiring.

Simplicity isn’t about having less—it’s about living more fully.

The Vine Living – Abundance

Building Abundance

Abundance isn’t about having more—it’s about using what we have with purpose and intention. At The Vine Living, we believe in cultivating a life where quality matters more than quantity, and where every choice reflects care, sustainability, and long-term well-being. Thoughtful decisions shape the foundation of true abundance. Reducing waste, prioritizing what truly enriches our lives, and making intentional choices in the home create a sense of stability and fulfillment. By embracing resourcefulness and simplicity, we cultivate a life that feels abundant in every way.

True abundance isn’t measured by excess—it’s found in the way we nourish our lives, our homes, and our future.

Natasha Rubin-Coupland

FOUNDER OF THE VINE LIVING™

The Vine Living began as a seed planted by my mother, Ms. Virgie—a Grenadian woman whose life overflowed with creativity, generosity, and heart. Her favourite saying, “Do good,” wasn’t just advice—it was a way of being. From her I learned how to stretch what we had, nourish with care, and live abundantly, no matter the circumstances.
